• B.sc Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical.

• Candidate must have minimum 5 years working experience in QC Position at Cookware manufacturing Company.

• Having advance level certification in respective arena from home or abroad will be get preference.

• Capable of accomplishing the assigned task in any kind of adversity.

• Capable of doing task individually & as well as in group.

• Must be well mannered.

• You must have Smart Personality, Positive Attitude and Eagerness to Learn.

• Primarily responsible for assuring the quality of deliverables and optimization through the Quality Management System and direct coaching of the Quality Control Team.

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials·

• Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest·

• Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines·

• Providing training to the quality assurance team·

• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met·

• Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product·

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and Monitor the production phase at various levels·

• Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

• Manage and Supervise Team of Quality Control Monitors (including developing metrics for QC team) Evaluate, report on QC activities.

• Build Products and Services Expertise and Best Practices.

• Develops and analyzes QC process and deliverables to determine present standards and establish recommended action plan.

• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with operational processes in cooperation with Operation Management.

• Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to QC processes.

• Any other job assigned by Superior Manager and the top Management.
