Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate degree programs from recognized university.
∎ Post graduate programs in relevant fields will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend to development, pre-production, pilot appraisal meetings, identify and confirm quality requirements / systems / standards / technical specifications, instruct quality supervisors / in-line auditors and ensure strict adherence in order to meet customer requirements
∎ Ensure setting up of acceptable quality standards and tolerances with regard to product quality, in order to meet customer requirements in the most effective manner
∎ Monitor the product quality assurance & control processes / control indicators, communicate with merchandising, lab, cutting, sample room on issues related to product quality in order to ensure prompt resolution of all quality issues / prevent recurrence and thereby assure the consistency of standards and provide quality related information for management decision making
∎ Implement, maintain and improve quality assurance / control systems, including SPC/RFT based in-process, end-process systems, special incentive system for in-line auditors in order to ensure conformance to required quality standards and the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes
∎ Develop skills and knowledge on quality awareness of all employees in order to enhance their capabilities and thereby meet current and future challenges
∎ Compile reports in an accurate and timely manner whilst forwarding same to relevant teams and members of the management thereby supporting the decision-making process
∎ Ensure preparation / update documents / sheets such as in-line inspection sheets, quality audit sheets, incentive sheets etc. in order to facilitate management decision making
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 -2 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity
∎ Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
∎ Ability to work in a dynamic organizational culture
∎ Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
∎ Must have ability to multi task
∎ Demonstrated problem-solving ability
