∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Experienced on LPG Cylinder / Metal manufacturing process.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking all incoming chemical, mechanical and physical parameters of raw materials, process materials and finished Bung, Valve & components as per design & specification.
∎ Prepare and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection of raw material and finish products.
∎ Prepare inspection and testing report of finished products.
∎ Assure LPG cylinder valve complies with UL1769 standards and regulations.
∎ Prepare testing procedure / SOP’s of all checking & testing instruments.
∎ Defect analysis and problem solving capability.
∎ Interest for Research and Development.
∎ A good documentation and reporting capability.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
