Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities-
∎ • They will move door to door for new product (Flat, Building, Land).
∎ • They will hunt new product by using online platform.
∎ • They Will Manage meeting schedule between Property Seller and Assistant Manager for closing.
∎ • If they get any lead from top level management, they will go for it.
∎ • Daily update in google sheet/CRM & report to Senior about new products.
∎ • Property paper should be collect from client (seller).
∎ • They Have to collect 75 leads Monthly
∎ • Have to complete minimum 25 new product leads every month for MOU.
∎ • Will talk every prospective client (seller), who interested to sell products.
∎ • Develop & implement sales/marketing program.
∎ • Achieve product hunting target as per company declared policy.
∎ • Meet prospect client (seller) and make client (seller) database.
∎ • Find newer segments of market.
∎ • Be in full picture of different market segment and increase sales with smart, innovative & creative ideas.
∎ • Create marketing presentation and carry out formal presentation.
∎ • Communicate with client's (seller) requirements and develop strong client (seller) relationship.
∎ • Any follow instructions of top-level management.
