∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ To perform all production related works &necessary support for smooth production and ensure quality & productivity.
∎ B.Sc in ceramic technology and Minimum 5 years’ experience as production officer in any reputed Tiles industry/ceramic industries or Group of industries.
∎ Experience in Production Management and Manufacturing Operations.
∎ Quality control experience and skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Leadership and supervisory skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To improve productivity & ensure quality.
∎ To instruct days activity among the work force at morning meeting.
∎ To discuss previous day problem at morning meeting and provide solution.
∎ To allocate the manpower for particular machine/ works.
∎ To ensure that section all required machine runs on time.
∎ To ensure production process is running in right manner/ as per SOP.
∎ To ensure all machine stop after production in right way.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping & ensure cleaning of machine and floor.
∎ To discuss with management regarding production problems and take solution and implement its.
∎ To discus with management regarding machine problems if any.
∎ To make daily section report and send to proper authority.
∎ To perform any other jobs, assign by the management.
∎
