Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with Sewing Thread Dyeing experience will get preferance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Ensure smooth bulk Sewing Thread/Yarn Dyeing production through effective management of dyeing machine, man and coordination with Wet lab.
∎ • Take pass/fail decision of bulk dyed batches as per SOP.
∎ • Monitor batch production on FIFO and urgency basis, liaise with planning and take necessary action to get the batches completed within the target lead time.
∎ • Analyze failed batches, find out the root cause of failure and take corrective action immediately.
∎ • Analyze the passing continuity of a batch and modify the recipe accordingly.
∎ • Modify the bulk recipes regularly to improve the CQ & RFT.
∎ • Liaise with Lab for better improvement of recipe.
∎ • Do the WFT analysis regularly.
∎ • Analyze & monitor the process regularly to minimize the process failure.
∎ • Co-ordinate and deliver all cross training within the team.
∎ • Take effective action to improve relevant KPIs such as RFT, colour quality, machine utilization and efficiency and production lead time.
∎ • Liaise with maintenance for machine breakdown and machine performance and maintained records.
