∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 02 years' experience in relevant field is preferable
∎ Training on International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Leadership will be an added advantage
∎ Good communication, analytical & interpersonal skill
∎ Sound computer literacy in MS Office
∎ Minimum 02 years' experience in relevant field is preferable

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure timely execution of production schedules along with production target
∎ Optimize the use of equipment, materials & manpower to meet quality and cost targets
∎ Recommend changes in workflow, operation & equipment to maximize production efficiency
∎ Prepare and maintain production reports, along with machine performance
∎ Oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand
