Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy and Masters of Pharmacy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The prime responsibility is to support the manufacturing operations with quality assurance practices.
∎ Plan and coordinate daily floor activities and manage the staff.
∎ Assist Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule. Take decision about where engaging man power in absence of work.
∎ Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
∎ Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
∎ Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
∎ Arrange job training for workers to meet production goals.
∎ Monitor drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP.
∎ Supervises employees engage in manufacturing process and dispenses batches according to BMRs.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
∎ Check availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities, filters and machine size parts.
∎ Ensure all standard yield are maintained by production lines.
∎ Ensure general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas.
∎ Ensure discipline and good working culture among the staffs.
∎ Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
∎ Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Ensure production people wear mask, gloves and shoes before entering into production.
∎ Prepare daily and all monthly production reports.
∎ Supervise duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers.
∎ Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the company.
