Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop & review the formulation of new/existing products
- Conduct lab trial, pilot trial and perform product stability & process validation
- Prepare specification of raw materials & finished products
- Analyze specimen raw materials sample, trial product as well as competitors' products
- Work closely with QA/QC, Production regarding cross functional activities
- Maintain proper records regarding development activities
