Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing the Order with proper set-up to minimum production coast.
∎ Items approval & Material checking.
∎ Purchase material in advance or after receiving order based on material type, source & urgency.
∎ Asking projection from sales team if material is rare or difficult in purchase.
∎ Making ratio on various size break down if needed.
∎ Making Printing, cutting & QC schedule & urgent list.
∎ Calculate production time comparing lead-time with manpower.
∎ Requesting manpower if needed.
∎ Follow up goods & maintain CS according delivery date.
∎ Update & maintain communication with CS team about goods Update, delay & early delivery on priority basis.
∎ Making list of extra goods & re-use if possible & reduce extra production if necessary.
∎ Flore visit time to time & update it to superior authority.
∎ Send out subcontract goods & follow up with it.
∎ Solving most of the problems relating production Planning & other errors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasant personality, Hardworking, Analytical ability.
∎ Fluency in speaking & written English will be treated as an extra advantage.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must (Ms-word, Ms- excel, Internet browsing & Email).
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
