Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The position is responsible for expanding the business of a garment accessories manufacturing company by identifying and developing new local opportunities among garment factories, buyers, and brands. The incumbent will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and promoting the company’s wide range of accessories. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams—such as production, merchandising, and customer service—to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery. The position also involves monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making, achieve sales targets, and ensure consistent business growth. The selected candidate will represent the company at trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new local business opportunities by building partnerships with garment manufacturing factories for garment accessories supply.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

  • Achieve agreed sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, merchandising, customer service) to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Maintain regular reporting to management on pipeline, client meetings, and business status.

  • Represent the company at local trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address client concerns proactively.
