∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, HR payroll, Knowledge and practical experience in operating HRIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and preparing monthly salaries and other benefits for all employees by utilizing payroll management software (HRMS).
∎ prepare and update data of attendance, overtime, leave management, shift management and absenteeism.
∎ Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, attendance bonuses etc. with assistance of HRMS software.
∎ Maintain each employee's personal file, service records, and separation process.
∎ Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, necessary deductions and taxes.
∎ Entering the data of new employees into company's databases (e.g. tax identification numbers and bank accounts).
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, leave encashment bill, Settlement, festival bonus bill etc.)
∎ Manage and coordinate with accounts department for proper payments and deductions like Income Tax and Others.
∎ Manage for time completion of Salary entry, modification.
∎ Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures.
∎ Any other tasks given by department manager.
