∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate & visit with merchandiser (buying house & factory) or responsible person.
∎ Responsible for sample collection & monitor sample development.
∎ Due time Provide sample to the buyer as per requirement.
∎ Try to get approval & provide price quotation, negotiate the price, ensure the orders & negotiate delivery lead-time.
∎ Responsible for order receive, Artwork creating & approval receiving from customer.
∎ Responsible for preparing Manufacture Order (MO) through ERP & Coordination with production department to ensure high quality product & on time delivery to buyer.
∎ Responsible for preparing Order sheet, PI submit to the buyer for L/C, FDD, Cash, TT, RTGS etc.
∎ Submit documents & Collect the party acceptance document.
∎ Make sure on time delivery confirmation & challan collection.
∎ Handle customer complain and coordinate with team leader, HOD and production team.
∎ Responsible for making documentation on weekly order report, delivery status, payment status, samples details for easy tracking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening.
∎ Ensure a high quality and timely response of customer requests through telephone and email.
∎ Receive Customers phone Call, email and provide information timely.
∎ Confident to take any challenge.
∎ Communicate Analytic skill and working ability for team development.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in MS office specially on Excel, Word & PowerPoint for daily reporting.
∎ Good command in English both speaking & writing.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise while communicating on the phone with customers.
∎ Must have ability to use ERP software.
