Experience Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations and distribution
• Experience in Shoe Brand / Fashion Retail Industry is highly preferred

Key Skill & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Job Summary

The Executive – Operation & Distribution will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational activities, efficient distribution management, and timely delivery of products across retail outlets and distribution channels. The role requires strong coordination, logistics handling, and inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational and distribution activities to ensure timely product delivery
• Manage inventory movement between warehouse, depots, and retail outlets
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations
• Track and ensure on-time delivery of goods to all assigned locations
• Maintain proper documentation of dispatch, delivery, and stock records
• Monitor distribution costs and support cost optimization initiatives
• Handle returns, damages, and reverse logistics efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Prepare regular reports on distribution performance and operational efficiency
