Additional Requirements:

- Experience Requirements: At least 2–3 years in factory operations (preferably sweets, dairy, or FMCG).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise daily production of sweets & yogurt and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor quality, hygiene, and compliance with BSTI, HALAL, and food safety standards.
- Plan production schedules and optimize resource usage.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials (milk, sugar, packaging, etc.) and reduce wastage.
- Manage factory staff, shifts, and worker discipline.
- Coordinate with delivery team for timely distribution to outlets.
- Prepare daily/weekly production and sales reports for management.
- Support process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives.
