Develop and manage territory-based sales and distribution operations.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market coverage.
Supervise outlet sales activities and maintain outlet performance.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, collection status, and business forecasts.
Coordinate with production, delivery, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
