Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop and manage territory-based sales and distribution operations.

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, and institutional customers.

  • Generate new corporate sales opportunities for sweets, bakery, snacks, and gift items.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market coverage.

  • Supervise outlet sales activities and maintain outlet performance.

  • Prepare sales reports, market feedback, collection status, and business forecasts.

  • Coordinate with production, delivery, and accounts departments for smooth operations.

  • Handle corporate orders, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and distributors.
