Responsibilities & Context:
Transforming L&D activity to AI oriented.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Communicate training schedules, logistics, and materials to participants.
Support the facilitation of onboarding, orientation, and learning sessions.
Liaise with trainers, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Assist in developing training content, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Maintain and update training calendars and attendance records.
Track training effectiveness through feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in HR systems.
Any other HR related activities assigned by the supervisor.
