Education:

  • Good knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point etc.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Travel extensively in anywhere in the country.



Responsibilities & Context:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visit Key customers, Buyer local liaison office, Buying House in a regular basis to build Business relationship, ensure Business from them and collect information of Business movement and act accordingly.
  • Generate leads for new SGS services and access to new customer business unit with existing SGS services.
  • Managing the efforts of sales and extend support to deliver superior customer service to customers.
  • Key Account approaches with all relevant internal team (lab, S&M, Finance-Credit Management and CS).
  • Daily monitor the activity of report releasing, active and hold status with operation team and update to customer accordingly.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrange technical seminar on Buyer protocols after certain intervals.
  •  Establish action plan and implement the same.
  • Generate leads for new SGS services and access to the new customers.
  • Be aware competitor activities, developments and financial performance where possible.
  • Handling claims/complaints from customer side in a professional manner.
  • Develop new Buyer program.
  • Communicate with Global Key Account Manager (GKAM), Regional Key Account Manager (RKAM) regarding updates on Buyer Manual/protocols.
  • Liaison with S&M team to make compile efforts and set strategy for hunting lost business from the competitors.
