Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring a high level of productivity through the application of industrial engineering techniques.
∎ Analyzing new style with sample and preparing the operation wise SAM and dividing plan (OB) in Visual Analysis System.
∎ Setting up the line layout as per dividing plan (OB) and identifying the skill requirement for operations and selecting operators. ensure minimum drop in the efficiency levels during a style change with changeover team and assisting line balancing.
∎ Identifying the bottle neck operation and do operator trainee sheet in order to achieve the required performance level.
∎ Implementing, monitoring, and improving methods, carrying-out time, motion and capacity studies on the identified operations to set standards, identifying potential and continuously enhancing the productivity.
∎ Monitoring the efficiency and performance of the workers. Motivating, identifying training needs and ensuring that the performance is at the required level.
∎ Monitoring the incentive scheme and ensuring the payments of correct incentives.
∎ New operator assessment as per grading procedure.
∎ Promoting helpers as operators, identifying the skill of the operators to provide training on new operations and to increase multi skilled operators.
∎ Monitoring, guiding and training management trainees.
∎ Make skill matrix for operator, helpers & supervisor and update it regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
