Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet each and every person with a pleasant and approachable way, figure out nature and purpose of their visit and guide them accordingly.

  • Control telephone and/or telephone switch board to answer, screen and forward call(s) as appropriate.

  • Take necessary initiative to schedule appointment(s) and maintain appointment calendar.

  • Provide necessary support (as and when required) to all concerned employees and Board of Directors.

  • Resolve visitor and guest complaints (if any) within the range of authority, otherwise refer to relevant section/department.

  • Revive, sort and distribute daily documents and message(s) to right person.

  • Maintain register to preserve record for all sorts of activities.

  • Guide and Supervise Office Assistant and Cleaner.

  • Assist Human Resource Development to accomplish interview process.

  • Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor.
