Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Knowledge of software operations like 3D max SketchUp or AutoCAD is preferred.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout design.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a strong creative portfolio.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for print and digital materials, including brochures, social media content, banners and advertisements.
Create and edit graphics for online marketing campaigns, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google ads.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design layouts for property presentations, project proposals and marketing collateral.
Design signage, billboards and other outdoor advertising materials.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and real estate project themes.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them to enhance the company’s visual identity.
Assist in creating 3D renders and layouts for real estate projects when necessary.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
