Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute monthly production schedules in coordination with merchandising and production teams.
∎ Ensure timely shipment by reviewing production plans and raw material availability.
∎ Implement strategic production planning, line balancing, and process improvements to enhance productivity.
∎ Conduct time and motion studies, SMV determination, and develop balanced production flows.
∎ Analyze and reduce defects, non-productive time and wastages in the manufacturing process.
∎ Monitor line-wise production reports, operator performance and machine efficiency on an hourly basis.
∎ Prepare and maintain production efficiency reports, machine breakdown reports and SMV archives.
∎ Resolve bottlenecks and technical issues promptly to ensure smooth production.
∎ Design and implement control systems to optimize resource utilization and maintain quality standards.
∎ Provide technical training to operators and team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, process optimization, Budgeting and ensuring efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
