Education:

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology.

• Any third class not allowed.

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Strong oral and written communication skill in English.

• Capable to manage different Buyer's requirement independently

• Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion for every different order.

Job Context: We are a 100% export-oriented one of the most trustworthy knitwear manufacturers in Bangladesh seeking a Sr. Merchandiser - Marketing & Merchandising for a USA-based customer with exceptional buyer correspondence, Communication skills, and a strong network in the knit garment market.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Follow-up an order from product development to shipment.

• Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.

• Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers.

• Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.

• Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.

• Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales.

• To make costing, TNA, Sourcing of trims & accessories, & fabric.

• Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.

• Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.

• Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter departmental activities.

• Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur.

• Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.

• Ability to work under pressure as well as in Factory including Shipment execution also

• Any other needful requirements for smooth operations of the said position.
