Key Responsibilities
Conduct work study, method study and time study to improve productivity and efficiency
Prepare and maintain SMV, line layout and manpower planning
Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly production plans
Analyze production capacity, line balancing and bottlenecks
Monitor target vs achievement, efficiency and productivity reports
Support production team to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets
Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean tools)
Coordinate with Production, QA and Marketing teams
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) are properly followed
Support production planning and scheduling based on capacity and SMV
