Responsibilities & Context:
Blue Creations Limited is a 100% Export-oriented woven top-bottom garments Washing plant, located at Kashimpur, Gazipur. looking for a dynamic, energetic and proactive candidate for the "Executive - Production (Wet Process)" position. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience and drive to deliver high-quality results.
Follow up on shipment schedules to ensure smooth production flow.
Conduct recipe analysis and process simplification.
Monitor washing processes and implement process improvements.
Reduce process wastage through continuous analysis.
Handle bulk production problems and quality issues.
Maintain buyer-required quality standards (especially for ZARA).
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and requirements.
Take overall responsibility for assigned buyer orders.
