Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 5 years

Basic knowledge of production processes in textile, garments, leather, and footwear industries.

Critical Technical Requirements of ISO Auditor:

• Approved Lead/Technical Auditor for relevant ISO standards (QMS, EMS, OHS).

• Strong knowledge of ISO 17021 and ISO 19011.

• Competence in conducting integrated and risk-based audits.

• Approval for specialized audits (SM, Technical, EDGE, etc.), where applicable.

Critical Technical Requirements of Social Compliance Auditor

• APSCA certification (Part II preferred), HIGG, TE/ GOTS approved, SLCP, WRAP, Various types of Technical audit.

• Approval for WRAP, SLCP, GOTS, and Technical Evaluation audits.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and social compliance standards.

For ISO Auditor:

• Plan and conduct Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, and Recertification audits as per ISO 17021 and ISO 19011.

• Prepare audit plans, lead opening & closing meetings, and communicate findings clearly.

• Evaluate compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.

• Review documents, verify corrective actions, and ensure effective implementation.

• Submit complete audit reports to support certification decisions.

For Social Compliance Auditor:

• Plan and conduct social compliance audits as per client and program requirements.

• Assess compliance with labor laws, ethical standards, and workplace safety.

• Conduct worker and management interviews and review records.

• Identify nonconformities and verify corrective actions.

• Prepare clear and timely audit reports.
