• Must have deep knowledge of all kind of knit fabrics & accessories;
• Strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Mail correspondence, WhatsApp) etc.
• Factory orientation within the career time will be added advantage.
• Result oriented and self-driven with strong focus on deadlines.

• Assist to the Production Merchandiser for every aspect in any time;

• Regular Interacting with the buyers for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates;

• To keep close contact with central store to know the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory management in well ahead through proper documentation;

• To follow-up accessories in-house status in factory and keep factory management informed on the same regularly;

• To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production as per TNA regular task;

• In case of any shortage and delayed in-house of any accessories, should talk to central merchandising as well as factory Management in this regard to get it solved ahead of production;

• Review TNA as per style and follow up from sampling, booking sheet, Lab dip approval status, quality approval status;

• Ensure best quality and on time shipment with by approval from buyer;

• Report to superior about communications with buying house & production unit;

• To monitor & follow-up all the shipment scheduled daily basis;

• Any other job is assigned by seniors from time to time.
