• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing.

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the fashion design industry.

• Experience with Best Seller would be an added advantage.

• Proven experience working within Garments or a Buying House environment.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Deep understanding of print techniques, garment construction, fabrics, and trims.

• Training in 3D pattern-making software like Clo3D or Optitex is highly desirable.

• Research global seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics to align with "Best Seller" brand directions.

• Develop comprehensive mood boards and seasonal themes for Kids, Men, and Women.

• Use 3D software to ensure fabric drape, fitting, and trims are reflected accurately in simulations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for buyer teams to finalize design approvals.

• Partner with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.

• Propose new wash techniques and sustainable fabric options to enhance collection value.

• Keep an updated library of seasonal prints, artworks, and fabric swatches for quick reference.

• Participate in fit sessions with the technical team to ensure design aesthetics are maintained during mass production.
