☞ Strong knowledge of CAD (Lectra software), pattern, and garment construction.

☞ Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).

☞ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

☞ Ability to handle buyer technical audits and requirements.

☞ Must have sound knowledge of fabric consumption.

☞ Capable of mail communication with buyers.

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our management team as Sample Head / AGM (Technical) for our Woven & Knit Division. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in garment manufacturing, technical design, pattern making, product development, and ensuring top-notch quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team to ensure accurate fit, pattern, grading, and sample development.

• Oversee the entire product development process from concept to bulk production, ensuring compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Provide effective technical solutions to production and merchandising teams to achieve cost-efficient and timely production.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical processes to enhance efficiency and minimize wastage.

• Plan and conduct technical training programs to upskill the workforce and align with industry best practices.

• Supervise all production stages to maintain product integrity and resolve any technical issues that arise.
