☞ Strong knowledge of CAD (Lectra software), pattern, and garment construction.
☞ Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
☞ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
☞ Ability to handle buyer technical audits and requirements.
☞ Must have sound knowledge of fabric consumption.
☞ Capable of mail communication with buyers.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our management team as Sample Head / AGM (Technical) for our Woven & Knit Division. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in garment manufacturing, technical design, pattern making, product development, and ensuring top-notch quality and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical team to ensure accurate fit, pattern, grading, and sample development.
Oversee the entire product development process from concept to bulk production, ensuring compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards.
Provide effective technical solutions to production and merchandising teams to achieve cost-efficient and timely production.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical processes to enhance efficiency and minimize wastage.
Plan and conduct technical training programs to upskill the workforce and align with industry best practices.
Supervise all production stages to maintain product integrity and resolve any technical issues that arise.
