Job Responsibilities:

Ensure overall quality control in sweater production from sampling to final shipment.

Conduct inline and final inspections to maintain buyer quality standards.

Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, taking corrective actions.

Coordinate with production, merchandising, and design teams for quality improvement.

Maintain proper documentation and quality reports on a daily basis.

Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and industry standards.

Supervise and guide QA/QC team members to achieve production targets with quality.

Handle buyer audits and inspections when required.

Follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) and continuous improvement.

Job Context:

This position is for a leading buying house handling sweater products.

The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
