Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for UNIQLO & Japanese Customer’s Merchandising
Lead Merchandising Team for relevant customers
Follow up with customer for up-coming orders and new development.
Monitor Material, Fabric, Bulk Production, capacity reservation and fulfilment in close coordination with planning and production teams.
Review the customer’s feedback
Assign tasks and timeline to team, to monitor the progress and ensure achieving the targets of merchandising goals for Assigned Customer
Train team on SAP, CEN and WMS systems
Control supply chain management
Follow up Shipment and production.
