Responsibilities & Context:
Directly working with Buyers on all Product Developments, Costing, Order negotiations, and Placements.
Work with Directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
Work closely with the Design Teams to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.
End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
Design Packs / Development Sample Process for relevant Season / Phases.
Feedback Follow up on each Season Customer Sign offs with narrow down Styles.
Sourcing Fabrics / Trims and innovation Developments Follow ups.
Price negotiation and Costing Finalization with Customers.
Order placement & Delivery Confirmation.
Capacity Allocations and Production Follow-ups.
Shipment process & Customer Communications.
