• Manage internal & external partners to ensure execution and continuous improvement across all key performance metrics.

• Maintains and builds employee relationships and leads teams in the development of new initiatives, including joint teams to address key areas for improvement.

• Ensure continuous and undisrupted operations of all manufacturing facilities in a cost-effective manner.

• Monitor compliance in sustainability standards and implement new sustainability initiatives in supply chain and operations.

• Leads overall operation including merchandizing, HR, finance and compliance departments.

• Handles all development projects including new ERP implementation, process re-engineering and resource optimization.

• To ensure consistent monitoring of day to day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.    

• Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.

• Team management and motivation.

• Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.

• Coordinating with buyers for capacity bookings.
