• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Textile Engineering

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and costing

• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines

• Problem-solving and decision-making

• Ability Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Order Management

• Take over confirmed orders from the development/merchandising team

• Review order details including BOM, tech packs, and delivery timelines

• Create and manage Time & Action (T&A) plans for each order

Production Coordination

• Liaise with production teams to ensure capacity booking and line planning

• Monitor production status and ensure adherence to timelines

• Identify risks and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks

Sourcing & Materials Follow-up

• Coordinate with sourcing teams and suppliers for timely raw material and trim in-house

• Track fabric and accessories approvals, lab dips, and bulk readiness

• Ensure materials meet required quality and compliance standards

Quality & Compliance

• Work closely with QA teams to ensure inline and final inspections are conducted

• Address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and audit standards

Shipment & Logistics

• Coordinate with logistics for booking, documentation, and shipment planning

• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and resolve shipment-related issues

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, etc.)

Customer Communication

• Provide regular order status updates to buyers

• Handle queries, approvals, and changes in a timely manner

• Maintain strong working relationships with customers

Cost Control

• Monitor order costing vs actual consumption

• Highlight any cost deviations and work on cost-saving initiatives
