• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Textile Engineering

• Strong knowledge of fabric inspection, garment manufacturing, and quality system.

• Experience handling buyer requirements and audits Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage teams leadership skills  and meet tight deadlines.

• Oversee RM (Raw Material) fabric inspection and ensure accurate reporting of results managing , communicating with supplier and marketing.

• Proactive involvement sample development to approval process in line with customer requirements.

• Follow up on size trials and ensure manufacturability of products timely manner.

• Lead Risk Assessment (R/A) and Pre-Production (PP) meetings activities with customer.

• Monitor pilot production and transition to bulk production smoothly.

• Establish, refine, and monitor quality gates across all production stages.

• Lead and manage the RFT with the team.

• Ensure full understanding and execution of customer requirements and expectations.

• Drive achievement of KPIs related to quality, delivery, and efficiency.

• Lead project-based problem solving and root cause analysis.

• Monitor and manage GPQ workload & final inspections effectively.

• Ensure on-time delivery with all required pre-sampling approvals completed.

• Oversee QMS (Quality Management System) and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.

• Support new customer onboarding with strong quality assurance setup.
