Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the overall lead of the Quality Control Department for the Sweater Section
• Develop, implement and continuously improve quality systems, policies and SOPs for sweater production
• Ensure end-to-end quality assurance from yarn sourcing to final shipment
• Lead, manage and develop the entire QC team; set KPIs and monitor performance
• Ensure compliance with buyer standards, approved samples, AQL requirements and company policies
• Collaborate closely with Production, Merchandising, Planning and Technical teams to drive right-first-time production
• Lead buyer inspections, audits and quality-related negotiations and communications
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with factory safety, social compliance and quality standards
