• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in ethnic or ladies’ wear

• Experience with Pakistani/Indian fashion trends will be an advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to translate trends into commercially viable products

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)

Working Hour:

• 6 days a week (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

• Weekly off: Thursday

• Friday off (alternate basis)

Job Responsibilities:

• Research current and emerging fashion trends in ethnic wear (local and international markets)

• Develop new product concepts, designs, fabric combinations, and embellishment ideas

• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams

• Analyze customer preferences and market demand to guide product development

• Source new fabrics, materials, and accessories

• Ensure product quality, fit, and cost-effectiveness

• Prepare and review product samples, monitor development stages

• Maintain proper documentation of designs, samples, and R&D reports
