Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must be a graduate from a reputable university.
∎ Skills Required: IE, Woven bottom
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Industrial & Production Engineering, Woven bottom
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & control minimum 2 woven bottom sewing lines with the help of only 2 supervisors per line by applying modern IE concept.
∎ Work in operation directly; not as a supportive staff.
∎ Meet production target at daily basis.
∎ Apply necessary IE tools, technique and methods like 5S Model, Kaizen etc.
∎ Analyze time to time the PCD, OTD, KPI, Learning Curve, SMV, Capacity, Efficiency, CPM, SWOT, etc.
∎ Cost analysis, reducing and controlling wastage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant who does not have experience especially in Woven Bottom (Denim/Non-denim) need not to apply.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / near Uttara will get high preference.
∎ Applicant who will be selected must be ready to join immediately.
∎ Excellent command over English (written and spoken) is highly desired.
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS office, email and Internet.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
