∎ Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) or Textile Engineering (TE) from BUET, Shahjalal, and BUTEX.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Management Training. Microsoft Excel Training. Coaching Training. Team Building Training.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower. As well as the graphic illustration using the paper layout per operations from input to output.
∎ Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower.
∎ Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
∎ Time study, capacity study, and follow-up study of the running style and take appropriate measures.
∎ Setting up of lines so to help to achieve set targets.
∎ Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any. Balance the sewing line.
∎ Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.
∎ Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
