Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed University majoring preferably in HRM.
∎ Having professional trainings will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct and maintain documentation and database ensuring the perfect due diligence and confidentiality as per the agreed standards of the Organization.
∎ Maintain, update and upgrade the Organization's rigorous HR Information System.
∎ Monitor daily and roster attendance and counsel the employees based on their attendance habits, Managing employees' leaves and related issues.
∎ Manage Employee ID Card & Business Card
∎ Plan, propose and initiate different motivational and reward programs for the employees.
∎ Conduct exit clearance process and provide the final documents to the resigned employees on time.
∎ Take care of the lunch and breakfast facilities for the employees by communicating vendors, monitoring hygiene, quality and timing, taking and providing feedbacks, preparing monthly reports etc.
∎ Draft and issue all official letters and announcements with proper grammar and effective wording.
∎ Smartly deal with diversified issues of the employees and resolve them.
∎ Prepare reports like attendance, daily activities, monthly activates and so on.
∎ Arrange different corporate offers for the employees as employee benefits.
∎ Organize events in festivals and other official occasions throughout the year.
∎ Monitor housekeeping activities, security system, health and hygiene, transports management activities and all facilities management.
∎ Avail membership of different authorities and associations and ensure timely renewals.
∎ Assist in recruitment by conducting interviews, employee verifications, job circulating and job fairs when necessary.
∎ Support T&D team by coordinating external and internal trainings, searching for required courses, negotiating with institutes if required.
∎ Perform other diversified tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong command of English, especially in writing.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills to deal with employees' issues and provide guidance to them.
∎ Candidates who can join within the earliest time will be preferred the most.
Salary: Negotiable
