Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, Organizational Development, Payroll, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization;
∎ Assist to develop job market / industry mapping and identify talents to enrich In-house CV bank for critical positions;
∎ Assist to establish competency based question bank and ensure structure interview process;
∎ To ensure the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant;
∎ Promote Bproperty to attract job seekers by rolling-out career campaign, job fair, developing and updating career page of Company Website, activities on social media and other promotional materials;
∎ Improve employer experience through positive and proactive service in every step;
∎ To ensure that all Job Descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate;
∎ Manage Job Posting, maintain system recruitment;
∎ Issue employment offer letter, letter of employment, sign the service contract etc.;
∎ Ensure all joining formalities and all common system access of Bproperty.com;
∎ Ensure all required on-boarding paperwork is complete and filed;
∎ Ensure on time quality Induction Training Program and feedback sessions;
∎ Assist to follow-up overall development of recruitment and selection plan / assessment centre to ensure proper placement in timely manner, minimize and negotiate the gap between business demand and available resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience as Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator;
∎ Strong knowledge on labor legislation, recruitment practices, metrics and guidelines;
∎ Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
∎ Familiarity with social media and other processional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills;
∎ Analytical thinker and to pursue a career in a data-driven environment;
∎ Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
∎ Fluency in English is must.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
