Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying a potential client’s property needs, build long-lasting client relationships, and complete a property Sales by catering client’s needs.
∎ Identifying prospects' needs and their business drives. Explain the Company product's value proposition to the clients.
∎ Promoting products and services to customers with the aim of maximizing profits.
∎ Negotiating on the Company value propositions with clients to make a win-win relationship to acquire the real estate products/properties.
∎ Creating and maintaining a database of all potential acquisitions in target areas.
∎ Building prospect profiles to analyze possible needs and areas of opportunity.
∎ Being a key contact point of customers and answering queries.
∎ Advising customers to make conscious decisions and introducing new products to customers.
∎ Maintaining relationships with existing clients and potential clients to get the first and repetitive business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 0 - 2 years experience
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ The applicants should have interest and experience in Sales
∎ Must be target-oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Self-driven.
∎ Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
