Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Property Information through internal app.
∎ Refresh existing collected properties information.
∎ Make agreements (MOU) with the property owner and set the commission.
∎ Manage clients (tenants) for viewing desired properties.
∎ Manage Tri-party meetings with the property owner and the tenant.
∎ Negotiate the property price with the owner.
∎ Make the deal close and collect the revenue from the property owner as per the MOU agreement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Must be tech-friendly, and able to use different gadgets and apps.
∎ Exposure to salesmanship.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Product acquisition and client management.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
