∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ BBA / MBA in HRM from a reputed public or private university.
∎ PGDHRM from BIM will be given preference.

∎ Excellent communication, presentation and English language skills are mandatory.
∎ Good command of Bangladesh Labor Law is needed.
∎ 1-2 years of experience in any reputed pharmaceutical/larger organization will be an added advantage.
∎ Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure and results-driven.
∎ Team player and cooperative to accomplish task within the deadline.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge of HR information systems and data analysis.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute regular HR Departmental activities as assigned.
∎ Support line manager for smooth functioning of HR-related work.
∎ Maintain & update documentation of all HR activities in the SAP system as assigned by the line manager.
∎ Execute HR activities in compliance with company policy.
∎ Writing of HR reporting, SOP and Policies under the supervision of line manager.
∎ Support the line manager with updating HR Policy and ensuring the effective implication of all HR-related matters within the organization.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance procedures and employee relation issues as per law & company procedures.
∎ Able to manage departmental activities efficiently & any other tasks as assigned by the management.
