∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to Recruitment and Selection processes including vacancy announcement, screening of candidates and making recommendation on selection.
∎ Conduct Orientation program for new employees and educating them on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
∎ Cooperate to develop and maintain Job Descriptions for all roles.
∎ Assist to prepare and update Organogram for all departments.
∎ Conduct TNA program and prepare yearly training plan.
∎ Coordinate Performance Appraisal process.
∎ Manage Discipline, Grievance procedure and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
∎ Generating Official Letters in respect of HR issues such as office circular, note, memo, appointment letter, transfer letter, warning letter etc.
∎ Follow up transfer, confirmation, increment, promotion, exit interview etc.
∎ Cooperate to separation and Final Settlement related tasks.
∎ Follow up Attendance and Leave Management.
∎ Develop and update Employee Handbook.
∎ Maintain employee’s Personal Files and documents.
