Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
∎ Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
∎ Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing workplace concerns, grievances, and disputes.
∎ Promote a positive organizational culture through engagement initiatives and open communication.
∎ Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
∎ Provide coaching to managers and employees to drive performance and development.
∎ Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs.
∎ Support career growth opportunities within the organization.
∎ Oversee payroll and benefits management, ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures.
