Experience:

• Age 18 to 35 years

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electronics, or Electrical (preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant field experience .

• Good knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and safety practices.

• Ability to use testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, and gas gauges.

• Physically fit to handle fieldwork, lifting equipment, and working at heights (for AC/TV installation).

• Willingness to travel for on-site service calls.

• Basic communication skills to interact with customers professionally.

• Ability to diagnose problems independently and complete jobs within deadlines.

• Familiarity with inverter technology and smart appliances is an added advantage.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency calls when required.

• Honest, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.

Air Conditioner (AC)-

• Install, service, and repair split, window, and inverter air conditioners.

• Diagnose cooling, electrical, and mechanical faults.

• Perform gas charging, vacuuming, and leak detection.

• Repair or replace compressors, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats, and PCBs.

• Clean filters, coils, blowers, and drainage systems.

• Ensure correct electrical connections, earthing, and safety standards.

• Test system performance after servicing and installation.

Refrigerator (Fridge)–

• Install and service single-door, double-door, and side-by-side refrigerators.

• Diagnose cooling issues, noise problems, and electrical faults.

• Handle refrigerant charging and leakage repairs.

• Repair or replace compressors, thermostats, defrost timers, heaters, sensors, and fans.

• Check insulation, door gaskets, and temperature control systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance to improve efficiency and lifespan.

Television (TV)-

• Install and service LED, LCD, Smart TVs, and Android TVs.

• Diagnose display, sound, power, and connectivity issues.

• Repair or replace SMPS, main boards, T-Con boards, speakers, and panels (if feasible).

• Update software and configure smart TV settings.

• Ensure proper mounting, wiring, and signal connectivity.

• Test picture quality, audio output, and overall performance after repair.

Home Appliances-

• Service and repair washing machines, microwave ovens, geysers, dishwashers, mixers and others.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in household appliances.

• Replace defective parts such as motors, timers, heating elements, switches, and PCBs.

• Perform routine servicing and safety checks.

• Educate customers on proper usage and basic maintenance.

• Maintain service records and follow safety procedures.
