Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and support field sales teams to ensure achievement of business targets.

  • Prepare quotations, sales documents, purchase orders, invoices, and client correspondence.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.

  • Monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Communicate with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders regarding sales-related activities.

  • Assist in sales forecasting, target tracking, and pipeline management.


Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and brand activation programs.

  • Support the execution of digital marketing, social media, and promotional communication initiatives.

  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure effective marketing implementation.

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

  • Monitor campaign performance and compile marketing activity reports.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain professional communication with customers and channel partners.

  • Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

  • Coordinate after-sales support and customer feedback collection.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to support long-term business engagement.


Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports for management review.

  • Analyze sales data and market information to support business planning.

  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and commercial records.

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and internal communication among departments.

  • Support management with operational and strategic business activities.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Supervise junior coordinators or support staff in sales and marketing operations.

  • Monitor departmental KPIs and recommend process improvement initiatives.

  • Assist management in strategic planning, budgeting, and market analysis.

  • Coordinate major client accounts and high-priority business projects.

  • Ensure effective communication flow between management, sales teams, and external stakeholders.
