Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preserve and maintain official documents in an organized and accessible manner.·
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
∎ Ensuring Administrative Policy and Procedure for smooth running in the Office.
∎ Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
∎ Assist in preparing Reports, Presentations, and other documents as needed.
∎ Oversee the Housekeeping of the Company.
∎ Day-to-day administrative support.
∎ Various reports of HR & Administrative Works.
∎ Supervise Office Hygiene, Security, Canteen and Office Supply related tasks.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.·
∎ Supervise and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall beautification of the office environment.·
∎ Assist in the recruitment process for security guards and manage their documentation and related paperwork.
∎ Monitor and allocate official vehicles, track vehicle movements, verify fuel consumption, and follow up on tax token, insurance, and license paperwork.
∎ Oversee and manage the drivers and office assistants, ensuring smooth coordination and effective task completion.
∎ Manage the office mess, ensuring proper services and hygiene.
∎ Ensure accurate record-keeping of guard-related data.
∎ Provide assistance with daily administrative tasks and support.
∎ resolve daily problems among Staff on Administrative Issues.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the authority.
