∎ We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to effectively support and enhance our human resources operations.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ •Must have prior experience in the sales sector.
∎ •Ability to lead and manage the entire sales department effectively.
∎ •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

∎ Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
∎ Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
∎ Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to employees and managers.
∎ HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
∎ Training & Development: Coordinate and support employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
∎ HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation, and prepare HR reports.
∎ Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health in leave.
